Information you choose to provide
When you email or call us, we receive the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, callback number, product interests, quantities, item details, photographs or other attachments, and correspondence. We use inquiries to prepare estimates, answer questions, and provide customer service.
You can browse without an account. The app and website do not provide account registration or online checkout, and the request builder does not ask for payment card numbers, bank account details, or identity documents. Please do not include those details in the request builder or ordinary email.
How the request builder works
Your buying or selling selections, quantity, and optional details stay in the current page’s memory while you prepare a request. Completing the form does not submit it to Crown Metals, and our website does not save that draft to an account or database.
“Email my request” passes the draft to your chosen email app so you can review and send it. Your email provider may save or sync drafts according to its own settings and policy. “Copy request” copies the text to your device’s clipboard. Calling opens your phone app. Your email app, phone service, and device controls govern what happens in those services; we receive your inquiry when you contact us.
Technical information and local storage
Loading the website or Android app sends ordinary web requests to our hosting provider, Vercel. Hosting and security systems process technical information such as IP addresses, approximate city or country derived from an IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, request times, response status, and diagnostic information. Request and security logs help deliver, protect, and troubleshoot the service. Their availability and retention depend on the provider’s services and settings.
The website keeps a small offline contact page and an app icon in your browser’s cache. It does not use that cache to store your request draft or market prices. You can remove site data through your browser’s settings. We do not use advertising cookies, behavioral analytics tools, or cross-site advertising trackers.
The Android app displays our website through a compatible browser. That browser manages web storage and connections under its own settings. The app does not request access to your contacts, location, camera, or microphone. Its browser integration may keep local settings needed to open and verify the website.
Service providers and other services
We use hosting and communications providers to operate the service and respond to you. Those providers process information needed for their services. Market reference prices come from external data providers through our server; the price request does not send them your inquiry text or contact information.
We do not sell your personal information or use it for marketing without your consent. We may disclose information when needed to comply with a legal obligation. External websites you choose to visit, your browser, and your email and phone providers have their own privacy practices. For our hosting provider’s information, see the Vercel Privacy Notice.
Security and retention
Our website uses HTTPS to encrypt connections between your browser and our service. We cannot guarantee the security or encryption of messages handled by your email provider, telephone service, or other external services. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
We keep inquiry and customer-service information only as needed to respond, provide the requested service, maintain relevant transaction records, or meet legal obligations. The appropriate retention period depends on the information and its purpose. We do not promise a fixed deletion period for records we must retain.
Your choices and deletion requests
To ask about your information or request deletion, email CrownMetalsCash@gmail.com. Tell us enough to identify the inquiry or records involved. We may need to confirm that the request relates to your information.
We accept requests to delete personal information, subject to retaining relevant transaction records and information required by law. We will explain any applicable limits when responding. Copies held by your email provider, phone service, or device are managed through those services. There is no Crown Metals app account to delete.

Crown Metals is intended for adults age 18 and older. Our Android app is offered for a United States audience and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can address it. United States availability does not mean that every service provider processes information only in the United States.
